Why is this happening?
Studies believe it is a combination of our sedentary way of life, and environmental factors like plastics and endocrine-disrupting toiletry products. 1, 2, 3We need to 1) educate ourselves and 2) upgrade our lifestyle choices to protect and naturally increase our testosterone production.This is a group dedicated to education and action. Join us to learn how we can become stronger, healthier versions of ourselves and increase testosterone naturally through lifestyle changes guided by industry leaders.

Membership includes:
Bi-annual blood tests ("T Party") - Blood tests to check biomarkers and measure testosterone. We hold 2 per year in case you can't make one of the dates, or if you want to check your progress twice a year.
Workouts - lifting is proven to boost testosterone4
Health & workout panels - learn how to have the proper diet and workout regimen to keep T up.
Business Workshops - Confidence can increase testosterone. Being a strong business leader can lead to more confident men and therefore stronger T levels5
Sauna/ice bath sessions - saunas inhibit corisol, which in turn can have a positive effect on T 6
Family & fertility events - Testosterone and fertility go hand in hand, and we have both a T crisis and sperm crisis in our country right now.
City cadre meetups - (poker, business networking, personal finance workshops, cooking events, morning coffee walks, travel groups)
